Doing The Work… What Does That REALLY Mean?

What does it really mean to do the inner work…It is a process of clearing away the external distortions, the programing and conditioning that has been ingrained within us from the false construct. And at an even deeper level it is the constraints, doubts, feeling of “Being Small” that we have actively put on ourselves as we closed the door tighter and tighter on our heart and mind.
